Carrington's Bluff Writers' Cottage is located just across the street from the Main House. This 1920 home is perfect for small groups who want to rent the whole house, or the rooms can be rented individually. in addition to the three guest rooms, there is a kitchen (complete with Blue Bell ice-cream ), a living room, and a dining area. Breakfast is served in the Main House for guests in both houses, but this dining area is available for guest use anytime. All of the rooms are named for different writers, all of whom have visited the University of Texas (and Carrington's) at one time or another. Whether you choose a room in the Main House or the Writers' Cottage, let Carrington's Bluff make your stay in Austin special.
